About me
Camilla Rosenlund, 42 years old lives in Strøby, just south of Køge, on Southeast Zealand.
I have congenital muscular dystrophy, and in these recent years the disease has developed - a consequence after I stopped riding, so to this day I am no longer walking, but get around via a work chair (not a wheelchair yet), and 95% of the time I have a machine that helps with my breathing as my body is windy and crooked.
I have ridden all my life and have a great passion for the dear 4 legged. I have had a few different horses over the years, including the New Forest Breeding Stallion Horsemosens Navarone and most recently my para-dressage horse After Eight ́s Chanel, who was sent over the rainbow in 2017 as a 28 year old.
I started decorating with rhinestones back in 2006, when I missed browbands and equipment in general with rhinestones, and in exactly the colors that I used on my horses, and because I liked that my equipment stood out and was completed 110% down to even the smallest detail, and if there was something that was not made in the color(s) I wanted - then I invented it or made it myself!
I see opportunities rather than limitations and I like to spend a long time solving a problem rather than just giving up - I must admit that I am a bit stubborn :)
Over the years, I have worked with SD Design, Cristina Sport and others.
In the past, I have been a blogger on my own blog that I had on Facebook (After Eight Chanel), as well as been a blogger on various platforms including Tika Universe.
I am also incredibly fond of music and have produced Kür Music/Freestyles for many riders and championships, and in addition to that, also been a photographer for 16 years.
