How to order:
- Choose the horseshoe model, jewellery or other product you want to order:
- Fill out the form for the product you wish to order.
(If you are in doubt about anything, you are very welcome to send a Email: Uniquehorsebling@hotmail.com, message on facebook, Instagram, or call during our opening hours).
- Find your horseshoe, hair or ashe.
(Feel free to put the hair in a plastic bag with the animal's name written, especially if ordering from multiple animals).
- Pack it in a box/lined envelope.
(If you don't have a filling at hand, use crumpled advertisements or newspapers as fillings.)
- Ship with the carrier you prefer.
(We recommend that you send as a package with track and trace number, then it is automatically insured).

- REMEMBER to send with delivery (delivery directly to our address), we do not have the opportunity to drive around to various parcel shops and pick up packages.
- You will get a message as soon as your package has arrived.
(You will also receive information about payment).
- We begin the process with your horseshoe, hair or ashes as soon as payment is made.
(You will receive an invoice sent per. e-mail, which is your receipt for ordering).
- We update you all the way through the process until your product is finished and shipped.
(We always send as an insured package with track and trace number, as we know that the products we make for you, usually are irreplaceable).
