Prices:
At Unique Horsebling, all prices are in Euro and stated incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior notice.
Payment:
Unique Horsebling accepts payment with Bank transfer or in Denmark also Mobilepay. All amounts are in Euro incl. VAT.
Once your horseshoe, hair or ashes has been received, you will be contacted by mail and requested to pay before your order begins.
You will subsequently receive an electronic invoice per. mail when the payment is registered, which is your receipt for ordering.
Delivery:
Unique Horsebling aims to send the order a maximum of 4 weeks (check the specific delivery time, at description on the product), after we have received your horseshoe etc.
We ship to all of Denmark and Europe. Shipping prices inside denmark using Postnord is 11 Euro. Goods will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop, however with the option of delivery directly to the address for an additional 2 Euro, your goods are sent with Postnord or UPS outside of Denmark.
Usually shipping with UPS is approx 30 Euro, depends on the country, contact us for specific price.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of.
Right of complaint:
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage as a result of incorrect handling of the product. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Unique Horsebling will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery, return shipping is at your own risk and responsibility, we are not liable for lost shipments.
Refund:
If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of reg. number and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
Right of withdrawal:
The products we sell are specially designed products and not finished goods, but products that we produce according to the customer's very own personal wishes and instructions, therefore there is no right of withdrawal.
