Does it matter the horseshoe is rusty?
No, almost all of the horseshoes we receive are rusty, horseshoes rust when they are just lying around after being used in all weathers.
As long as there is still iron left under the rust, we can make your horseshoe into a beautiful keepsake in the design you want (We have not yet experienced giving up a horseshoe).
What's the delivery time?
It depends on which model you choose, you can see the expected delivery time under each model or keepsake product on this page.
How do I get my horseshoe back?
We always use UPS when shipping to countrys outside of Denmark were we are located.
The package has a tracking number and at the same time its insured. Read more under "Shipping".
Do you use cheap china stone ?
No, we use the highest quality rhinestones from Austria, which are made of glass crystal, we have a special approved certification to be able to use this brand of rhinestones, which is the rhinestone on the market of the absolute highest quality and the artificial stone that is closest in quality to the diamond gemstone, we only want to use the best materials for our customers. They have the most beautiful shine and can always be polished up, where the cheap china stones are made of plastic, and will quickly become dull and are impossible to get to shine again.
Do you use random horseshoes?
No, we use your own personal used horseshoe that your horse or pony has worn, then the horseshoe has wear, nicks and history.
As far as possible, we preserve nicks and wear and thereby preserve the personal and uniqueness of your particular horseshoe, (unless you order the completely mirror-like horseshoe models - Chrome plated, 24 Karat Gold plated, Silver plated and Copper plated).
