We update you all the way through the process, from when we receive the horseshoe from you and until it is shipped from us, so you always know how far in the process we are with your personal horseshoe.

We clean the horseshoe of dirt and rust, seal it so that it does not rust again, paint it in exactly the color you want,
welds stainless metal rods on - if you have chosen the model on wooden stand, we decorate with sparkling rhinestones from Austria of the highest quality - if it is it is an decorated model you have chosen. We provide an elegant engraved sign with optional text (up to 3 lines), we only use quality aluminum signs in gold, silver or copper, the sign is fitted in the frame - or on wooden stand,
and last but not least, we will send your horseshoe back to you, always as an insured package with track and trace number,
because we know that it is an irreplaceable horseshoe or product with hair/ash, so we always ship as safely as possible.
(and since we started up in 2016, we have 7, 9, 13 - never lost a shipment back to the customer)
